Full wedding coordination-

Let us handle all of the aspects of your unique celebration from conception to completion. We will choose with you the finest vendors that reflect your personal style and price point. We will organize all your pesky paperwork, billings and contracts; timelines, floor plans, budgets, checklists, meetings, samples, so so many questions... all of it is done for you!. Our team is there for you for the rehearsal & wedding day. Pricing varies on guest count and scope of the event.

Services include:

  • Wedding Organization

  • Venue visits

  • Personalized timeline

  • Budget creation and management

  • Research and suggest vendors based on your budget, theme, style and personalities.

  • Book all vendor meetings (Including but not limited to photographers, florist, DJ, transportation, decor and caterers)

  • Attend all meetings with vendors and venues

  • Assist with negotiation of prices or services with vendors and venue

  • Accommodations and Travel

  • Development of the wedding theme you have chosen

  • Assistance with invitation wording

  • Vendor follow-up and confirmations

  • Manage all planning logistics

  • Create a wedding day agenda

  • Confirming final details with vendors and venue

  • Attend final meeting with venue

  • Attend/conduct wedding rehearsal

  • On site supervision and direction of the wedding ceremony and reception

The average couple spends 200-300 hours planning their wedding without the help of a wedding planner. Full Wedding Coordination is perfect for the couple who does not have that extra time, or would rather use it a different way.

MONTH OF COORDINATION

Make It Memorable!

  • 6 weeks before the event, schedule Timeline Meeting

  • Provide templates for Final Agenda, Details Execution Checklist and Seating Arrangement to the couple

  • Create the timeline for the entire day

  • Schedule venue visit/ rehearsal a week prior to event date to finalize:

    • Floorplan

    • Final Agenda

    • Menu

  • Ensure coordination with the MC and DJ

  • During the week of the event:

    • Contact vendors via email/phone to confirm arrival time, final payment and any logistical needs

    • Email timeline to venue, photo & video, transportation and any other vendor involved

  • On the day of the event we will:

  • ​Provide a thorough check of the hall appearance, vendor services, etc.

    • Execute all details provided by the couple i.e. favours, stationary or rental Items

    • Welcome and greet the guests and assist them with place cards/ seating chart

    • Continuous contact with the venue manager 

    • Co-ordinate the line-up of the Bridal party for the entrance

    • Ensure that the program follows the agenda as outlined by the coordinator and the couple.

    • Providing extraordinary service to the wedding couple so they can truly enjoy their wedding day

    • Full use of the Tying It All Together Wedding Day Emergency Kit

PROPOSAL PLANNER

Pop the Question!

Step 1. SHARE YOUR VISION WITH US

We want to get to know you (and your partner) better!  You will receive a special questionnaire for us to get to know all about you and your partner.

Then our proposal planner will speak with you to get a clear understanding of your vision for the proposal.

Step 2.  WE DEVELOP THE PLAN - YOU APPROVE IT

Here’s where we take your vision and turn it into a work plan.

We will take all of your ideas (and ours) and put together a “blueprint” which contains our top choices for the theme, venue, decor, and itinerary, among other details.  We will work with you to refine the blueprint within means & availability until you are completely satisfied with the final product.  You may be given a to-do-list based o your budget or leave it all up to us.

Step 3. YOU POP THE QUESTION

Time for execution! Our team will take care of all the bookings and arrangements for the big day.

A few days prior, we will walk you through a detailed itinerary and explain everything you need to know.

On the day, we will coordinate and execute every detail so that you can focus solely on delivering the perfect proposal!
